第5弾「とうほうかいきだん」。前作に引き続き、全6面の通常ステージと全1面のエクストラステージからなる。自機は博麗霊夢と霧雨魔理沙に、『封魔録』のラストボスキャラクターであった魅魔と、『東方幻想郷』のラストボスキャラクターであった幽香を加えた4人である。「Music Room」には、本作品BGMのほか、過去4作品のBGMも一部アレンジが加えられた上でほぼ全曲収録されている。この作品をもって東方Projectの開発は一旦終了した。
